Building the permanent workshop
Why this site begins with durable structure, real project evidence, and a resident-ready atelier.
This website begins as an archive before it becomes a spectacle. The first release establishes bilingual publishing, project evidence, research notes, and a restrained workshop environment. Every article here documents work that actually exists; sections with nothing real to show stay empty rather than being filled with placeholder copy.
The resident system deliberately starts with an abstract proxy. A future Miku model should arrive with attribution and permission intact, not as an anonymous downloaded asset.
The architecture therefore treats models and motions as credited packs. The navigation knows only semantic actions such as “walk” or “arrive at the lab”; it does not know filenames or individual models.
